The mini coffee plumcakes with chocolate chips are delicious, rich and very soft treats. The dough contains yogurt, a fundamental ingredient because it makes the minis particularly soft. I used decaffeinated coffee, so that the kids could eat it too and that it wasn't a problem to eat it in the evening. Chocolate chips are the touch that makes this delicious and special coffee plumcake! Excellent not only for breakfast but also as a dessert after a meal.
Ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, sunflower oil, soy, chocolate chips, coffee, baking powder. Every mini plumcake is about 100 g.
